Angela Eadie-Gyori

Key Roles

Hello!  My name is Angela Eadie-Gyori.  I have been educator for over 25 years and feel proud and honored to have been at Steffie Woima since the school opened in 1989.  I received my Bachelor of Education degree with a major in special education from the University of Alberta and my Masters of Education degree from the University of Lethbridge.   I began my career teaching grade one in Sylvan Lake and have taught students from grades 1-5 over the years.   As well, I have been a school administrator for over 20 years.   During this time, my work has focused on leading our learning community, supporting the learning of all, ensuring all of our children with diverse learning needs are successful, and creating a safe, caring, and inclusive school culture.  I feel truly blessed to work with such wonderful children and  parents, and our amazing staff.  I love being the principal of this great school!

Outside of school, I am very busy with my three children and their many activities.  I also have two dogs, two cats, a fish, and horse!  I enjoy reading, skiing, hiking, travelling and spending time with my family.
