Good day, I am the library technician for our school. Libraries have been paramount in my life from childhood to adulthood. I read voraciously as a child using public and school libraries, and the bulk of my working career was with public libraries spanning over 15 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Advanced, majoring in English with a minor in Psychology. I have had many great work experiences, including teaching English in Japan, working as an educational assistant for preschool, and working as a programmer for community programs. Nothing, however, compares to working with the students and staff at École Steffie Woima Elementrary. I am very blessed to have fantastic colleagues to work with, and promoting literacy with children is an absolute joy.
