My name is Madame Anessa Klessens and I am the Grade 1 French Immersion Teacher at Steffie Woima. I have been teaching at Steffie Woima since 2013. I love teaching students at such a young age as it is amazing to watch students learn through discovery and play, as well as observe the student's considerable growth in reading and writing, in such a short period of time. I feel so blessed to be able to teach at Steffie Woima, as the staff and students here are amazing.
I am originally from Red Deer and am a product of the French Immersion program. I appreciate and value the opportunities that a second language has to offer.
